Who Are We?

Holodia is headquartered in Lugano, Switzerland. We are a VR fitness tech start-up, providing multi-sport VR solutions for the fitness sector worldwide. We are a small start-up team, uniquely positioned for growth with an amazing proprietary fitness technology solution, HOLOFIT, and a global delivery platform.

Our founders have decade-long experience in VR and deep tech, and fitness business. We are early stage, backed by strong Investors. We have launched our product HOLOFIT commercially, and will transition to growth, we continue to focus on product-to-market fit, working with leading fitness industry partners. Our prospect clients comprise top-20 globally leading fitness chains. Our tech and development partnerships include leading global VR corporations

At Holodia you will have a rare opportunity to become part of a world-class team of VR tech and fitness fanatics. With more than 50.000 test users having now used the HOLOFIT in all major markets, we are “lock stock and two smoking barrels” on reinventing global cardio fitness, taking the boredom out of the cardio fitness and helping gyms monetize their cardio floors.

As part our Strategic Business Development team, you will be a fundamental link ensuring that our go-to-market strategy is executed with a razor-sharp focus on our 12-18 months commercial targets. This means you’ll be working closely with our COO and the C-team, and others to play your part in delivering on our commercial strategy. You must have a strategic mindset but at the same time be ready to go full in and do lots of ground work to reach customers, and together with the rest of our team achieve considerable sales numbers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Explore partnership opportunities with potential Distribution and Reseller Partners
  • 2. Work with channel partnerships and directly with customers, providing product training and customer support, showing the added value of our solution and its potential for their business
  • 3. Manage focused business development/sales efforts directly towards strategic customers, engaging directly with corporate-level decision-makers at leading fitness chains (this will include cold calling/direct outreach, and full development/sales cycle work)
  • 4. Work closely with channel partner sales- and marketing teams to target high value partnerships, reporting to C-Suite on a regular basis
  • 5. Establish and maintain partnerships and ensure the success of the collaboration, whether it’s aimed at delivering new leads, adding client value and/or strategic value
Minimum Requirements
  • 5 years of business development or sales experience;
  • Graduate with at least a bachelor’s degree, or relevant work experience demonstrating results delivered;
  • Understands the sales cycles of working with partners;
  • Fluent in operational responsibilities such as account management, account planning, pipeline building, opportunity management, and quarterly business reviews;
  • Passion, Independency, Dependability, Persistence, Proactivity are the key personality traits we are looking for, and in addition
  • Commercially adept and results-driven;
Desirable Requirements
  • Management experience and/or strong potential and the ambition to grow towards managing a future partnerships team is a plus;
  • Industry expertise is not an absolute requirement, but an affinity with health and fitness is a plus;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (local language skills an advantage);
  • Ability to travel globally if necessary and to work with a distributed team;
