Then pay more attention to your machine\u2019s console.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can use the console to program your workouts, measure your results or even play games, provided that your console comes with them. These are not very complex, but could serve as a minor distraction.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, many machine manufacturers nowadays offer online logbooks (see: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/log.concept2.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C2 Logbook<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). These are great for tracking your performance, setting goals, or competing with others in the rankings.
