Depending on the difficulty level the number of platforms change, and with them the combination of exercises. First, activate your legs, feel the power moving up through your core, abs, and upper body muscles, and finally exiting through your arm.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are three pro tips to make it easier for beginners:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the point of impact, find your balance by shifting weight onto the foot that is on the same side as your punching arm.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drive the punch with your whole torso, and not just your fist.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don\u2019t be too stiff! Put your hips into it!\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In HOLOFIT, your avatar will have one red and one blue boxing glove. Stand with your feet wide apart, squat down, and use the controller to pick up a cube with the hand of the corresponding color (blue vs. red). Pick the cube up, and drop it in the floating box. Pick up the ball in front of you and try to be as precise as possible as you aim to throw it towards the center of the moving target. With higher difficulty levels targets become smaller and move faster.<\/p>\n<p>Another addition is the fun <strong>fruit slicing<\/strong>! Watch out for the two cannons located left and right. These will catapult a bunch of different fruit and your task is to slice them using your controllers, which have magically transformed into swords! Can you cut enough fruit for a refreshing fruit salad?<\/p>\n<p>Our last Combo Workout exercise is <strong>boxing<\/strong>. Our coach will help you with your boxing moves. Follow the instructions and punch the strike pads in front of you. Each pad corresponds to the color of your glove AKA controller.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incorporating Combo Workouts Into Your Routine<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combo Workouts Combined with Fitness Machines<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re using HOLOFIT on a fitness machine, Combo Workouts will add just enough spice to keep your workouts fresh and activate other parts of your body that you may have forgotten about.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our workout suggestion:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add in a combo workout as one of your weekly workouts. If you usually do three per week, make one of them a Combo. The more body muscles you activate, the better.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combo Workouts As the Main HOLOFIT Activity\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you don\u2019t have a fitness machine, use full-body Combo Workouts as your main activity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our workout suggestion:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assess your fitness level and set the difficulty for each Combo exercise accordingly.
