Can any indoor bike be used for VR cycling?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Absolutely!<\/span><\/p>\n

HOLOFIT works with all indoor bikes, no matter the brand or how old it is. If the pedals are turning, you are good to go!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If your bike has a FTMS Bluetooth, you can directly connect it to HOLOFIT; if not, you can enable Bluetooth connectivity on absolutely any bike with the addition of a simple cadence sensor. Most cadence sensors are compatible, but we recommend that you check the<\/span> full list here<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you need for HOLOFIT:<\/span><\/p>\n

  2. Cadence sensor (we recommend <\/span><\/span>IGPSport Cadence Sensor, Garmin Cadence Sensor 2, Magene Cadence Sensor (Gemini 210, S3+), Wahoo Cadence Sensor, FitCare Cadence Sensor, Moofit Cadence Sensor, COOSPO BK9C Cadence Sensor)<\/li>\n

    Cycling workouts<\/span><\/h2>\n

    HOLOFIT offers you <\/span>6 different workout modes<\/span><\/a>, including guided training programs, each of them catering to your fitness level!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Here are some of our suggestions for an amazing HOLOFIT workout:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Just ride<\/span><\/h3>\n

    If you are just starting out, we recommend the Explore mode – pick a world of your<\/span><\/p>\n

    choice, and just ride through it, explore it and try to collect all the hidden trophies.<\/span><\/p>\n

    You can also try the Zen mode, which allows the user to become completely immersed in the HOLOworld. No trophies, stats or distractions. Just you and the virtual environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The notorious HIIT<\/span><\/h3>\n

    A 15-minute HIIT workout can burn up to 250 calories!<\/span><\/p>\n

    This highly productive workout program consists of alternating shorter periods of high intensity with periods of recovery, the combination of which allows you to actually continue burning extra calories after you finish your workout!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Endurance workout<\/span><\/h3>\n

    Endurance is built over time, which is why our guided cardio program is the perfect companion!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Cardio workout can be adjusted to your fitness level. There are 5 difficulty levels, ranging from very easy to very hard.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Start slowly, with the 10-minute workout and build your endurance towards a 40 or even 60-minute long ride!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Fat burn\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

    The fat burn workout is based on intense, calorie-burning interval training that will work up your muscles and increase your heart rate for shorter periods, combining it with less intense periods.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Fat Burn mode should be done for a minimum of 30 minutes and adjusted to your fitness level.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Beat-Your-Best workout<\/span><\/h3>\n

    Let\u2019s lean into that competitive human nature. A workout that allows you to race against your previous best score, is perfect for monitoring your personal progress!<\/span><\/p>\n

    The first time you choose a specific time interval, the distance you\u2019ve gone will be recorded. The next time you choose the same interval, you will see a recording of your best score as a ghostly figure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Beat your score by beating the ghost!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Race others online<\/span><\/h3>\n

    If you don\u2019t like working out on your own and enjoy the social aspect of exercising, try Multiplayer mode and race against other HOLOFITTERS.<\/span><\/p>\n
