That&#8217;s why it is good to shake things up a bit, and what better time than SPRING?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spring is the perfect time to start a fitness challenge or set new fitness goals! Not only will you feel better but also be more energized to take advantage of all this season has to offer. This spring, our motto is:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Out with the old and in with the new!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some of our favorite ways to spring-clean our workout routine:<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revamp your workout space<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last year has been tough on all of us and it made us appreciate our homes even more. Faced with limited space due to work, having our youngest family members learning from home, home gyms&#8230; our designated areas tend to overlap.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While you deep clean the house you might want to rearrange things, move furniture around, and once again divide the areas in your home for specific purposes!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When it comes to the home gym, the best advice we can give you is: <\/span><b>Place it somewhere you can&#8217;t avoid it!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, if you have a stationary bike (stop using it as a coat rack!) get it as far away from your bed as possible! Trust us on this one&#8230; We all tried working from bed and know how unproductive that can get. The same applies for working out. You are the only one participating in this fitness journey so make sure to enjoy it!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Focus on building habits, not results &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">it&#8217;s easy to get carried away and caught up in the results, but it&#8217;s the habits that lead to achievements!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Workout Schedule<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once again, <\/span><b>aim to be consistent but realistic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">! This means assessing your fitness level and then slowly and gradually building up!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don&#8217;t shy away from putting everything on paper. Take into account how much free time you have, how fixed your obligations are and add workouts to your busy schedule! Are you an early bird or a night owl?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you feel energized after a session, why not start off your day with a workout? This way you`ll be ready to take on anything the day has to offer!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the other hand, if exercising helps you rewind and relieves you of stress &#8211; do it in the afternoon or in the evening.
