My subscription is active and the headset is registered but still no access!

If you have only one registered headset:

  1. Go to myholofit.holodia.com
  2. Scroll down until you reach the Registered devices section:
  3. Select the subscription:
  4. Apply the changes

You can transfer the subscription if you have two or more registered headsets

  1. Go to myholofit.holodia.com
  2. Scroll down until you reach the TRANSFER SUBSCRIPTION FROM ONE HEADSET TO ANOTHER section:
  3. Select the headset from which you want to transfer the subscription and click on Transfer Subscription:
